San Marcos Beach
San Marcos Beach (Playa de San Marcos) is a very nice and quiet urban beach in the North of Tenerife, in Icod de los Vinos.
The San Marcos Beach has it’s own charm although it looks a bit abandoned. The bars and restaurants nearby are mostly very old. The black sand is mixed with stones and shells.
A mixed beach with a lot of children. Not clothing optional because is very close to the city attractions.
Gay people are always spotted on the beach but don’t expect to find an intimate area or cruising spots.
